Well we were at the dog park again this weekend. Please see their new website!! I can not rate this place high enough. For the safety of your fur babies and yourselves from the minute you arrive. Everywhere is on cctv, designated parking for either fields. And gates closing behind your car once parked. The agility field is amazing everything you need to train and have fun. Lots and lots of toys, Pooh bags. Water, splash pool as the weather gets warmer. The field is all Enclosed your dog can not get lost, or escape. The big field where your dogs can run and run and run, once again there are toys available for you to use. Dogs learning to sniff and smell. Both fields have shelters and picnic benches. Bell to the owners who are able to bring out hot cold drinks snacks etc. knowing that the owners are there with first aid kits and willing to help is very reassuring for first time and also maybe long term owners. Leanne and Tommy (sorry Leanne if spelt your name wrong) are amazing so friendly and welcoming. Toilets on site wheelchair accessible which is the best thing ever as I’m in a wheelchair. The gates to get into either field are wide enough for the largest of wheelchairs, prams. We are so lucky to have this on our doorsteps. During the winter months and as the evenings turn to dusk there are floodlights so don’t think we won’t be able to go when we finish work. Our dogs love both fields. Like many other owners dogs.

The Dog Park at Three Legged Cross – A True Paradise for Dogs There’s truly no better place my dogs adore than The Dog Park at Three Legged Cross — a paradise of play and adventure that gives them freedom and joy in the most magical way. Every visit feels like their own theme park, filled with new sights, scents, and experiences that excite every sense. It’s the greatest gift I can ever give them. There are two areas to choose from — The Adventure Park and The Field, which offers 6 secure acres of lush green space with high fencing that keeps them safe to run, race, and play freely. The Adventure Park is a unique wonderland of agility and sensory play, with mazes, tunnels, ramps, twists, and hidden corners that spark curiosity and confidence. With its doggy swimming pool, it offers endless stimulation, leaving my dogs happy, tired, and fulfilled. Leanne and Tom, creators of The Dog Park — the first of its kind in this area — are warm, friendly, and passionate and thanks to them their vision has created a haven where my dogs and I spend devoted, quality time together. I treasure every day with my dogs, and each visit here for them feels like pure bliss. We go nearly every other day — and they still can’t get enough! ✨🐾 🐾🌿✨

This is a terrific Dog Park with great facilities, which I have visited many times with my Labradors, one of whom is reactive with other dogs, which is why I use sole use dog parks. My Labradors love it here. The reason I have given three stars is because it is very hard to book a slot here. I appreciate that it is very popular and gets very booked up, but you can't help but feel that the owner is being selective about who she lets book.. The only way of booking a slot is by means of a text or telephoning. I text when I want to book, but very often the texts go unanswered when I have asked for availability. Recently I texted to ask for Sunday availability and received a reply saying that weekends are booked up until the Summer, which frankly I found a bit hard to believe.. I then replied saying that I could bring my dogs some weekdays if she were to tell me her weekday availability, but this text went ignored. There is an unfriendliness and I would go as far as saying a slight hostility in these exchanges, and I have been made to feel that I have done something wrong. My Labradors are rowdy, but running such a business, the owners should be used to dogs that aren't perfectly behaved.. My dogs have never done anything during a visit that would warrant us not being wanted there again. I always clean up after them and so on. I use other sole use dogs parks also, and have never experienced this at any of those. With the XL Bully ban, these establishments are becoming more available, and I wouldn't be surprised if the owners of The Dog Park find that some of their Customers start going elsewhere. From some comments on their Facebook page it would appear that other people have been experiencing similar issues in communication. It's just a shame as it is a really great place for dogs, but the owners are letting themselves and their Customers down by being so difficult with booking and...

The level of customer service we received was shocking. We arrived for our booking 20 minutes early as our slot was booked for 6pm and we weren’t sure how long it was going to take us. The gates were open so we assumed we could just wait in the car park inside our car until our time slot, as we could see the signs saying that we needed to wait until the previous family had left. Completely understandable. However a lady came storming over to our car as my partner had gotten out to get into the back with our dog to keep her company. Asking who we were and why we were here. We advised we were here for our booking at 6 and if we could stay in the car and wait. She replied by shouting at us, ‘Your booking is at 6, it’s not 6, it’s 5:30?’ She demanded we leave the site immediately and waited at the gate for us to leave. This obviously made us very uncomfortable and felt impossible to return for our time slot as we felt so unwelcome. We have a reactive dog our self so understand the importance of keeping the dogs separate however we were following the guidelines, we were not going to get out of our car until they were gone. If we were not allowed to enter the gates they should have been closed. It should also be made abundantly clear that no waiting is allowed in the car park. Your website even states that the car park is a good size so a fair assumption to make is that we can wait in our cars. Was it the fact that we were the last booking of the day and she probably wanted to go home? I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable and so unwanted as a customer. Such a shame as the place itself looked great however it is such a let down that a particular staff member has made it such an awful experience. WOULD...
