We tried to book in to the house for two nights but were told they were booked up for the Friday night. We were offered the caravan for the Friday and a room in the house on Saturday. The shower and kitchen block were full of spiders and there were a dead moth in the bottom of the fridge. We had to message her the Saturday morning to ask how we get in to the house, she stated that the house was next door but one and gave us the code for the key safe. We were asked to leave the money in the caravan as we were going to be out by the time she arrived. Later that afternoon we received a text message to say she'd double booked and did we mind staying in the caravan. We were not happy about the situation but we didn't have a choice, there were no face to face contact at any point...
