I was lucky to have deer and some hares in the wood next to me so it gave a welcomed distraction to our off lead walk around the perimeter. Ok so, its enclosed for your safety and your dog, you actually are meant to drive in your own gated area lock it behind you, now no risk if your dog is nervous or you are. The space is yours. He came across quite passive aggressive and not welcoming at all, which spoiled our first ever experience doing something like this. Once in the park it was great, but some basic customer service skills would be appreciated, especially when you’re not quite sure what it will be like and you’re trying to socialise your new puppy. Places like this should make you feel at ease - this one didn’t. Read moreVisited the dalkeirh site and it was covered in dog mess, this was 10am on a Sunday morning. We contacted the park immediately and advised this was being looked at. I referred friends to the site who visited at the weekend, only for them to advise they also had to contact the park to advise it waa covered in dog mess. Today I contacted the park to let them know and had a response to say they are very busy and blamed owners of the dogs that have booked the park,.email response was also rude and basically no interest in feedback.
