Wizz Kidz — Attraction in Great Britain

This place needs attention. It's a brilliant play centre has everything for the kids but it is dirty and run down. Staff not communicating it was full when we got there so there was a queue. We had to wait for kids to come out until we got let in. Fair enough at max capacity. But 2 kids left when the main lady serving had nipped off somewhere. The other girl didn't tell her when she got back so we had to tell the lady and the girl just said oh yeah 2 have just left which was after we pointed it out. The cake we had weekend just gone the chocolate fudge and Victoria sponge looked so appealing we got served a massive piece and can see why. To get rid of it. Surely you make a cake with a standard recipe so should taste nice and normal cake taste but they were absolutely disgusting and got binned. They were extremely dry the taste was awful and cheap. Maybe a packet mix? Plates and food left everywhere. Behind the counter looked untidy. Womens toilets stink of urine and the worst part like in other play centres the frame is monitored just a quick check now and again but absolutely nothing here. So kids running all the way up to the top of the yellow slide. I just barged down with my kid as no staff or even the parents were telling them. My partner brought out son (11 months) to visit on Saturday and they stayed in the under 3 area. While in there there were so many older children running in and out despite it being clearly sign posted and there being a huge play area for the older children. No adults were intervening. One pair of older children were trying to tell off our baby as they wanted a turn on a toy clearly intended for babies before my partner intervened. Later they bent our son’s finger backwards when he crawled up to the toy they were playing with - no parents to be seen. We recently celebrated my 5-year-old Emmies, birthday at Wizz Kids in Saltney, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

Steff, the party host, was out of this world – so engaging with the children, full of energy, and nothing was too much trouble. She made every child feel included and created a really fun and positive atmosphere throughout.

The party was well-organised, packed with fun, and all the kids had a brilliant time. It offered incredible value for money, and as a bonus, the coffee is always good – which every parent appreciates!
