1 star, unfortunately was the last time when I went for their lakes, i’m used with the rudeness from their staff members but everything have a limit, one of the bailiffs probably on his 40, skinny bearded guy just doesn’t know how to speak with people, I don’t know if it’s something against foreigners but i spend 180£ on their tackle shop and for fishing, unlucky no catch in 4 days but on the 5th one the arrogance of that guy went over the limit when I tried to explain him to let another fisherman join on fishing, he’s excused was that he didn’t had the equipment but I spent another 580£ to rent a van specifically to be able to fit enough equipment for 2 people fishing and he seemed to don’t believe me and i felt that he just wanted us out of the lake, just like that you ruined all the day.
Pice of advice
I’m working in hospitality for over 10 years.

I’m not the greatest at reading maps after me saying I don’t no where we where he said seriously and proceeded to patronise me.
The bailiff who come down in the evening was a lot nicer and...

My mate and I set up on a swim with plenty of room (see pic) but a jobsworth bailiff came down and forced him to pack up all his gear bivvy etc and move elsewhere because apparently it was a single swim, even though it was the size of a double, and all the doubles had been taken. Effectively ruined our trip and meant I wouldn’t have a hand to help land a catch in the night
That same bailiff had already made us pay 50 each on entry for an overpriced carp cradle despite having said we could’ve shared before
In the 24 hours we were there no one on the lake even got a proper run, completely...
