Willows Lakes — Attraction in Hertsmere

Beautiful place, however experience wasn’t great, I am a beginner and am nowhere near confident to fish alone. I come with y husband who has been fishing for years, we was told on arrival that if I was fishing then would need to pay which is fine and we did. Got told I could stay with my husband so he could help me. We stayed the night no problems so decided to pay again for the day, we was charged £18 each for 3 rods, my husband had 3 rods out and I had two, in the afternoon the bayliff then come round and said I had to use a different swim which was the other end of the lake to where we are! I have been fish there years ago, and I want to go back, but I had concerns about the new management and staff, I saw couple of comments saying they are racist and rude...Well I can confirm that is not true. I been on farm lake for 36 hours with sister and brother in law, and the bailiff was a very nice guy he find a couple of issues with my sister tackle and very polity bring it to our attention and we sort it out immediately.
