It's quite a drive to this park but well worth it when you get there. The important thing is it has good toilet facilities as well as a good café.The cafe was very busy while we there with people queueing outside. The old brick making building ( with no roof) has been turned into a gallery with interesting old photos on display. As you walk on you get to the small lake which you can walk round and watch the amazing boats. When I say boats I mean aircraft carriers, naval ships etc but they are remote controlled. The park itself has plenty of climbing frames, swings etc to keep the children amused .The highlight for me was the walk on the headland and theres plenty of walks to be had.A nice touch are the benches spread about so you can relax and watch the ferries float by on there way to Ireland. The views up and down the coast...

Lovely exploring the coastal paths, we saw seals basking on the little rocky outcrops, it was windy as anything though, walking up to the summit area we cut down to the fog house and then back along the coast path, fantastic views of South Stack and Hollyhead Harbour, Birds, Gulls, Guillemots maybe Puffins if you had the Bins and patience, we paid about £3 for parking, plenty of other things to see and do, we spotted some big caves, there's a gallery, walk around to learn the history of the old quarry... worth a visit, not well sign posted and there's only one little turning in to the road, about a mile to the car park, past the old...

A nice place to visit, especially for lunch, coffee or and ice cream on a hot day. Luckily when I visited it was a sunny and warm day so I was able to explore the grounds and walk into the rock quarry over looking Gogarth Bay. The views are spectacular and great if your into Photography and Birdwatching + you will see some unique plants on the way. You will see the ferries that travel from Holyhead to Ireland. You can walk to the South Stack Lighthouse from here as well, but it's best to wear proper footwear as the surface is rocky and uneven. Plesant and quite, ideal for morning walk as well -...
