Came to Box End to swim, easy to find, big car park, well laid out. Friendly staff, great facilities and a nice lake to swim at. I pre-booked a 1 hr slot, which was exact, you will be sent out to the nearest lake exit / bank, if you're in the middle of a lap. This was fine, but be aware. Lap was around 800m in length, there is a natural lane between water ski jumps, or you can, like I did swim right near the edge, it's shallower here. Wasn't too busy, you check-in at the start of the lap, giving over a token (you get as you go through reception and tell them your booking). Changing rooms are warm and have great hot showers. The changing rooms are single sex communal. There is a good place to get a coffee after. Highly recommended.

Box End Park is an amazing spot for Disc Golf! The course is fantastic, especially for beginners, with a well-maintained layout that’s easy to navigate. My kids loved it because it’s not too easy to lose a disc—always a big plus! We’re really looking forward to the future expansions of the course. The Disc & Football Golf experience is such a fun outdoor activity, perfect for families or anyone looking to try something new. It’s a great mix of enjoying nature and friendly competition. On top of that, the park has loads of other facilities—like whiteboarding and a lovely restaurant, plus so much more to explore. It’s truly a gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Highly recommend!

We had visited the Aqua sports previously & had a great time for our child's birthday party. NOT the best hygienic place.

The changing rooms that smelt of sewage. The changing area it self had puddles of standing water. The shower area was flooded, with a foot deep of dirty smelly water that the children gulided through. I had to guide them out (my wife) as they were in the ladies/girls changing room.

We had to leave the children unattended & shervering & cold while I made my way to report the mess.

A member of staff appeared unblocked the drains that smelt of dirty stagmement water. Drains full of hair. The member of staff did NOT use any disinfectant only pushed the remaining water towards the drains. The changing area was left with remaining dirty water in the middle of the floor by the drain.

Neither to say we will NOT be returning.

Following our experience at both Aqua sports & the corner 5 restaurant. We had shared our experience & the treatment we received on the day, during & after customer care & you have shown no professionalism directly to us & it's obvious to see that your not bothered how you deal with your customers by your response in the matter. So we do hope people read & take our review seriously as it's money that people work for to be able to attend & enjoy themselves & make memories, unfortunately for us will always leave an unforgettable experience for our 10 year...

Lovely atmosphere. The restaurant is very good. All food I've had there has been delicious. There is a cafe type hut which is also very good (can be a little slow sometimes to get the food out). The 5k run route is very much a cross country route. Nice views but grass underfoot can be long in places making it difficult to run, but it's a bit different to other routes out there to try. Lakes are really nice. I've done a bit of fresh water swimming in my time and box end has pretty clear and clean water with lots of room. The laps are a decent distance so would recommend you are a good swimmer and not just a paddler. Wake boarding is really good even as a beginner giving it a go. Inflatable obstacles are great fun, really recommend for any age group. Have recently stayed on the cap site on one of the tent pitches. They are lovely and flat with very few stones on the surface. Big pitches and a small toilet and shower block. Great facility if you plan to do a few activities and can spread this over a couple of days. I really like there, and everyone is friendly with good attentive staff...
