B&M Store — Attraction in London

Update. Nothing has changed. One till open. Long queue. When asked to open another till was told yes they know they've got to open another till yet nobody came. I left empty handed to give my hard earned cash to another store. I would never use this store again. ZERO stars!! Only change from last visit is zero floor staff now, zero security on door. One till operator same as last time. This store needs a manager who can manage! On leaving I saw three employees in the car park at peak time. Shockingly badly run store.

Too many workers on the floor, only one till open, which had a query so zero tills actually working. Security guards, you are not immune to covid....step away from both sides of the doors and let customers in and out safely! Customers should be your priority not workers standing together talking, unmasked (before restrictions lifted) Other b and m stores are much more pleasant to shop in. Access by bus is not actually possible as the owner states. No buses run to the car park. There is a half mile walk, through a bushy neglected path to reach the store. Very misleading information. Impossible to walk along the road now as so overgrown and...

I cannot believe my experience here.

Firstly, I was served by a lady called Pam whose BO was frankly offensive. I felt she was extremely racist towards me, suggesting that I was buying a large pot from the cooking section 'to make a curry'. I am not Indian in origin, I am Welsh. So ignorant I will never give my precious pounds to a store full of BIGOTS!! disgusting.

I'm very sure this 'lady' stole £5 from my change and then claimed 'I must have dropped it'. shocking criminal behaviour. a ginger girl was also in on some kind of scam with Pam. this looks like a money laundering operation....

Pathetic customer service. A staff named Renee was extremely impolite and rude. We went to return some stuff, we had accidentally lost a receipt and this store doesn't even give you a digital receipt. Anyway so i asked if it's ok to give me a credit note, and instead of explaining the policy/process to us which she herself didn't know, she went on to bluntly blame us of theft. finally we had to resort to cctv footage to prove that we came in with the stuff we were returning. disgusting experience, never going to this store again. she should be fired for...
