Nuxley Road Post Office — Attraction in London

I needed to over-night urgent legal documents so I firstly confirmed that this branch offered the over-night service on the Royal Mail website. It said it did and that cut-off time was 4pm. I get to the post office at 3:30pm, the guy at the counter says they don't officer over-night service. I told him that I'd checked on the RM website and it said that they do. He replied that I'd missed the cut-off time. I told him that the cut-off time as per the RM website is 4pm. He told me that the delivery guy had already been and gone. So by his logic I'd missed the cut-off time for a service that they don't offer because I was early. I don't mind when websites get details wrong, it happens and it's not unusual when public assets are sold off and franchised out. But I do mind being lied to...

The Post Office has been taken over by new owners who have now cleared the shop of all the brick-a-brac and redecorated. I love the smell of incense when I walk in which gives the ambience of a calm and the lovely music which again is calming. The new owners are delightful as are all the staff and they go out of their way to help. If only other shops would do the same and people would appreciate the effort that has been made here. This is the only Post Office left for miles so we need it particularly as the banks and building societies...

The older West Asian man is extremely rude. I have witnessed him being rude to many customers and is generally very moody. Having a sign asking customers to respect staff does not give you the right to be rude to customers constantly without repercussions. The sooner he is replaced the better or this branch should just be closed permanently and funding put into other branches in the area. Since he does not know how to respect the public, we should not have to fund his branch...
