I've been using this pharmacy on and off for the last 3 years and have always had a very good relationship with all the staff at Lloyds. Always willing to have a chat if not busy and all the staff have always remember my name and greeted me by using it. I can only imagine that the people who have given a negative review is because they haven't been able to get the medication they require due to possibly it not being in stock. I can't imagine any of the staff at Lloyds being rude to anyone. At the end of the day we are all grown up people and some of us are going to clash with each other, don't take it to heart, these things happen. Remember whatever the situation, it's nice to be nice. Then she insisted on not writing my passport number on the Covid certificate although I needed it for travel and it had to do with the border authorities in Portugal and nothing to do with her!
