Ray Park — Attraction in London

Review from a dog walker.

The park itself is nice but it is now almost impossible for me to step foot in the park without my dog or even me being attacked by an off-leash dog.

My dog has been attacked countless times and now even I have been attacked. I am very lucky that I managed to avoid any injury. thanks to my dogs quick reactions.

My dog has sustained multiple injuries from attacks at this park including nearly losing his eye - he had a cut on his eye lid, any deeper and he would have lost his eye. I have a large powerful dog so I dread to think what could happen to smaller dogs here.

I have tried going at different times but dog walkers are always around. During the winter months its not as bad but spring and summer and the risk is too great for me to keep bringing him here.

Its a real shame as some dogwalkers are really great a d the park is very to walk around in. But if I see a dog off-leash I know at least 80% of the time that dog is charging straight to us. The worst offenders are the Labradors and Golden Retrievers. I was today attacked by an off-leash Golden Retriever which just managed to knick my hand before my dog was on it. Twice it attacked us while the owner fumbled around at its harness. Again, if I had a small dog god knows what could have happened. Luckily we both avoided injury.

My dog and I should be able to enjoy a walk at the park without having to fight for each others safety.

Lovely park but twice approached by the same dog off the lead and ice I had to tell the irresponsible owner. Then while going to the parks cafe another dog of the lead laying on the floor between the useless owner the table flew up launched at my dog and growled. Yet the owners partner told her don't look at her get your dog on the lead then she's making a fuss over hers when it went...

Nice park with maintained open-fields and wild flowers.

There a cafe, which is a convenient.

The playground area includes a decent outdoor gym and basketball area. However the children's apparatus is pretty sad, dated and hodge-podge. I would expect much better facilities considering the parking...
