Green Spider Climbing — Attraction in Lower Bullingham

Took my 4 year old daughter, she was so nervous at the start, instructor calmed her down with some breathing exercises, and before I knew it she was confident and was back to being excited about climbing in her first session ever. All thanks to the instructor. Who was incredible with her and his whole class. He was firm but fair, kind and all around absolute pleasure to the children, clear and precise and enabled all of them to have the confidence to climb safely and when they did well congratulating them saying how well they did. the staff were fun and professional all at the same time. 100% worth the trip, 100% worth the value and more, absolute pleasure from start to finish. Fantastic job to all the team and company there, a complete masterclass in how to engage with youngsters and keep them safe all at the same time. 100% coming back, and cannot wait. My daughter had her her birthday party here yesterday and I can’t rate Green Spider highly enough. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful from the point of booking, answering queries and on the day itself. The party co-ordinator, Meg, is very good at communicating and ensuring all waivers have been completed in advance which makes things run smoothly on the day. The party room was a fantastic bonus and a good size. Everything was well set up, with clean facilities and robust safety protocols and checks all the way through the session. Meg was also the instructor for the children on the day and she had a fantastic way of encouraging the children and keeping them safe and occupied throughout. I think this place is great. The staff were polite and helpful, advising me on the best options and setting up a session on the day we wanted to go as none were in the diary. On the day my two 14 year olds had a fantastic "Casual Black Widows" session. The instructor was very knowledgeable and I had no concerns over safety at all. They learnt new rope skills and had a go at roped, auto belay and bouldering over the 1 1/2 hour session which was great value and, unlike other places I've been before, didn't have any hidden costs, all equipment including climbing shoes were included in the price.

I think this place is great, don't hesitate to recommend and will definitely visit again if I'm back...
