Appalling. The scenario: I visited for a collection and there was a woman parked in the disabled bay with no blue badge. She didn't care and shrugged her shoulders when I showed my badge. She then sat there for a while enjoying her hot drink. I advised staff (duty supervisor) and they offered to speak to her, but this was mere lip service, as no one appeared. Lying to my face was not acceptable service. Note: this was a bay marked Greggs. Under the Equality Act, Greggs has a duty towards disabled customers (and staff) to make reasonable adjustments. Even if they cannot enforce on private land, Greggs could still provide, for example, delivery to a vehicle like another major fast food restaurant for those with limited mobility. The woman admitted to taking the space because there was nowhere else to park, then claimed she took it due to mental health and that her badge was 'in the post'. I got an apology after explaining why not to take a disabled space. Whilst displaying isn't essential in a private car park, you'd think someone would move if someone with a blue badge (verified as needing a disabled bay) turned up. So a customer was in the wrong, but if Greggs cannot offer more than lip service, then they do not deserve my custom. There are many people in Hereford who think it's okay to use a vacant disabled space. But would they like the disability? Companies like Greggs need to step up. Being disabled is hard, and for the supervisor to say "I know" doesn't cut it. They absolutely don't know. The food was barely mediocre - the chicken tandoori baguette had *tiny* bits of shredded chicken, albeit a nice heat to the sauce. The 'cream' in the doughnut was sickly sweet. For click and collect, the app insists that you are on time. But on arrival, you have to wait. Overall, I'm not impressed and will not be visiting again nor recommending.

Clean, well stocked, veggie sausage rolls, cheese leak bake, bacon butty and orange juice. Good price, limited parking spaces, but ok. Nice staff, friendly.

Been a few times now and most of the food is great, the heated baguettes however (which are my go to order) are ALWAYS overcooked and are dark brown and so crispy it hurts the roof of my mouth to eat. I was hoping it was just teething problems when they first opened but months down the line they are still the same. Otherwise the staff are polite and the place is clean and presentable. We live nearby and I'm really hoping they start to do...

Update: I've since been back into Greggs and found the service to be excellent which more than compensated for my previous issue. The means that I've now upgraded my rating from 3 to 5 stars!

Arrived at lunch time and unfortunately there were no hot sausage rolls also when we bought some packs of 4's and found when we got home one pack only...
