Oldland Windmill — Attraction in Mid Sussex

This is a beautifully restored post windmill located next to a small car park at the top of Oldlands Lane. You can also walk here up the hill from Ditchling village. On open days you can climb up into the mill and hear about how it works On windy days you may see it working and you can buy their flour from the following shops;

Grade II listed windmill is owned by Oldland Mill Trust.

Usually open to the public between April and October on the first Sunday of the month and every Thursday from 10:00.

Located in the private residential area, so no parking is allowed at any time.

Although, you can park on the road, which will be about 5 minutes walk from the windmill.

On the open day went up to have a look got to gate and person on gate said no charge to have a look, the moment I took a step in garden area he said/stood in front of me and said we ask for a donation and wouldn't let me go further.
