I cannot begin to thank the staff enough for being so passionate about farming and the animal's world! This is such a precious gem, lovely place, super child friendly and super organised. 😁 Parking was very easy and well organised, all activities we did left my 4 yrs old daughter with a massive smile on her face and shrieking with joy, excitement and happiness. 😁 We went on to a pony ride (Muffin... what a giggle when he wouldn't move!!), we fed the sheep and went on a tractor ride too with my youngest daughter (9 months) on my pouch "like a kangaroo" my other daughter said 😁 Toilets were clean and ..... everywhere!! (good point with a toilet training child!!!) 😁 Food was amazing.... still can taste that delicious burger!! And child friendly too, with plenty of options for children to eat and drink. 😁 There was a mix up in the order, but even with the long wait, once sorted it out, food and staff deserves the best rating!! 😁 The outside facilities were just wonderfully amazing and all seems to be spotlessly well kept (climbing frame, bouncing pillows, trampolines, sandpit, digger operated experience, dress the scarecrow!) 😁 We also watched the pig race, cheering for our purple one my daughter called him Silver! (green piggy won and she went "I like green piggy too! This place is amazing! I love "chickenland" as she called it!) 😁 And there was face painting too (done that yesterday though so we skipped this one this time!) And last but not least, after stroking more animals, seeing a newborn tiny cute lamb (yes, it's lambing season!!!) and going around and round with cars and bikes (and mini tractors), we ended the day in the bubble disco for a dance, then quick trip to the gift shop. The quality of the doll my daughter choose was a bit "cheap" for a £10 doll, but again this did not spoil the visit. Definitely coming back and with other relatives!! 😁 Also you can organise your little one birthday party there!! 👍 Superb place for a day out with your family with young children. THANK YOU FOR MAKING US HAPPY 😁😁😁😁🦄👍❤️

A wonderful place for families with kids, perfect for kids under 10 and animal lovers. The poshest farm you will ever visit, so clean, staff always visible, very helpful and friendly. Place has so many facilities outside and inside! And most of them are in included in the price! Craft corner, carts, bouncy pillows for smaller and for older kids, on the entrance tractors/mini bikes for kids area, 3 types of playgrounds, trampolines, you can ride a pony, extensive soft play area with big slide that adults can use (oh yeah!), special corner for small animals (and you can feed and pet them!), barn with cows, donkeys, sheep, goats, horses, pigs - that you can pet and feed some of them. Farm walk and you can see lamas and alpacas, deers and ponies. And the best for us - the racing pigs! So much fun 😄 You can have a tractor ride around the farm for a small amount, but on a beautiful day is so worth it - you can even see London skyline . Facilities are clean, clearly marked, everywhere with baby changing facilities and suitable for young visitors (low level). A really good offer of food and drink around the place (oh the ice creams!), Also, everything has a disabled access as well so it's buggy friendly too. It seems that everything has been think off!! And in the end - really nice, but a bit pricey, gift shop. Also, there are themed and seasonal activities organised so when you there, watch out for these. Love the place, we will be back and cannot recommend enough!

Visited today with friends and was so impressed. Large free car park with marshall to assist with parking, railed path to entrance. Lots of counters to have tickets checked, toilets large and cleaned regularly (love the unisex element, it's really helpful with kids), I saw staff working hard and cleaning constantly! We were worried as it was lashing with rain in the morning but there is a large soft play, smaller soft play too, pedal tractor track inside, large animal barm, smaller barn with petting, lots of hand wash stations all fully stocked. The kids' park area is brilliant, and looks brand spanking new! Inside huge craft area, where kids can make a badge, card, and bauble not forgetting the reindeer food bags which was all included in the price. Pig racing was fab, pony ride, trampolines, my son loved the pedal go karts... so much to do. There has been a lot of investment and improvement since we last went 2 yrs ago and this place is one of the best farms around! Cafe is large, shame there was a 40 min wait on food today, but there were sandwiches ready made and cake so we opted for this instead. Loved the colouring sheets and crayons, lovely touch! We spent all day here until 5.30pm and my son, who's 5 years old and friend, had the best day ever! All staff interaction was positive and friendly even the lady cleaning the toilets said Hello to me. Christmas was in full swing here and looked fantastic! Highly recommend! Well done everyone at Bocketts Farm

Visited today with my family, treated badly by staff. Santa shouted at me to be quiet in front of everyone in the Santas grotto as I had lost my kids shoe in a different room and I needed it for the photo shoot, we had to ask 3 times before the elf actually retrieved it back. We were then in a order to visit Santa, he would call us up one by one in order of left to right , we were at the back of the left side, he started on the left and skipped my son who is 9.5 months and then went to the right. We should had been middle of the pack to be called up, instead we were last. Also lot of the kids were much older yet our little one gets called up last, no priority. Coincidentally, we were the only people of different skin colour and I can’t help but feel this was the reason towards our bad treatment. I have emailed for an explanation. As the pictures show we were the last ones up. Also I didn’t like at the start how we had to walk to visit the gingerbread man/snowman area outside under a shelter via the trail. They put all the kids in the tractor, then they had all their parents behind, then me wife and son stuck right at the back, my son not able to see anything, yet the adults had their lovely view under the shelter whilst we were stuck outside in the rain. The elves could at least checked to see if all the kids including babies held by parents had a proper view

We went to Bockett’s Farm with our 4yr, 3yr & 1yr old today. All three children had an amazing experience. They started the day racing around on the tractors and bikes. We had a snow ball fight in this gorgeous lit up globe and then made reindeer food. We fed the sheep, lambs & goats (highlight were the new litter of piglets!) We had lunch at their lovely tea room. They played on the soft play and then it was time to meet Santa! The Santa experience is expensive but in my opinion worth every penny! It’s a production with trained actors. They take you in a sleigh through the North Pole where snow showers down over you past the post room to the grotto. At the Grotto is another show where each child can ask Santa what they want for Christmas and they choose a toy from Santa’s toy shop (which is generously stocked). What sets this farm apart from others we’ve visited is that every staff member is incredibly helpful, kind and cheerful. They really go out somewhere of their way to make you have the best experience possible. There are also impressive covid measures in place. They stagger entrance, they limit entry to the soft play and clean it after every slot, there’s loads of outdoor space. The cafe is so clean. Masks are worn indoors. I’ve been so many times with my family as it’s our favourite day out. Honestly today was no exception. Absolutely amazing!!

*First time back since Second lockdown* The farm just opened its doors to the public few days ago And We had a great day minus the typical British weather. The farm wasn’t busy and we all had enough space to socially distance from the other adults. The kids let’s be honest they don’t know how to social distance and b the kids don’t stick to social distance as they have already suffered enough from lockdown and just want to make new friends & have fun I don’t blame them. The staff were happy to have customers back most of them were friendly & chatty. There was enough things to do such golden act hunt and there was craft making badges activity, and tractor rides as well as feeding animals in the animal barn. Highlight was seeing baby lambs so cute. There are hand sanitizer in many places and signs to wash hands. If you are wheelchair users the path the ground in some places are uneven overall the animal barn is accessible. Lots of spaces for blue badge holders at the front of car park. Toilet seemed clean. The soft play part is closed due to government COVID-19 rules. Also no pony rides on at this moment bed which is a shame but completely understand as you can’t social distance doing that. We had to book our tickets few weeks in advance and we look forward to returning next month.
