Buckland Rings is a good place to go for a walk and as it is owned by Hampshire County Council, it is open to the public. There are a couple of fields and a woodland trail. As it is a hill fort, most of the terrain is very hilly and wouldn't be wheelchair accessible. There is a public footpath which is by the Ampress railway bridge, but this is a very busy place to cross and very few drivers will stop to let you across the road. The other entrances have been improved and some of the kissing gates have been replaced with ones that are easier to get through if taking a bike.
