This family-run play farm nestled in Warrenpoint offers an array of activities that are nothing short of fantastic. The highlight of Fort Evergreen is undoubtedly the enormous indoor soft play area, complete with not one but four thrilling dragon slides and a heart-pounding free-fall slide that had kids and adults alike squealing with delight. Read moreNot great Overpriced for the handful of animals you see All healthy but small pens (farmer here who also has pets horses dogs sheep kids have rabbits and chickens etc I know what space they need) Indoor play madness just chaos Dino walk very good but it was short Honestly charging 12 per adult when there nothing other than being there to take kids as not even a wide selection of animals to see. Staff rude (except friendly girl on the gate) they are all young but really didn't have much customer training. We ate food ok, but the smallest cup of tea ever The hot drinks where dear for size but food reasonable. We where around whole place in about 50mins tops! Not a patch on other open/fun farms.
To their reply this is what we found and leaving a review to our experience the toddler area she did not find fun she loves slide and even older children where getting smashed and banged. I am sorry if review not to your liking but it is what we found. And the staff may have been with you for years but many where only teenagers regardless and lacked customer service. If you look up any previous reviews usually always 5 star so it not like we hard to please this was just our experience. From your replies it easy to see why you think your staff are ok. We should have looked trip advisor reviews before coming not Google as discover n I mournes and other sites only have a rating 3/5 which similar to...
Read moreNot the rain or shine fun they advertise. We went to the farm this past weekend the weather was awful and I checked their ‘rainy day’ policy which basically said no refund and lots to do so on we went. We have been before and enjoyed it so knew what to expect only unfortunately they had basically decided to close that day while we were there. You are supposed to be able to enjoy everything until 5pm and instead of making the most of the indoor activities so people enjoyed the day all the staff spent their time closing up and by 3pm and they all just stood around looking at us like they wanted us to leave. Having paid £48 for our family of 4 this was really disappointing. No opportunity to handle animals as all put away and member of staff made us feel really unwelcome, free fall slide wasn’t open all day had to ask they then opened it for 10 mins, no usual disco in the ballpit all day so very little atmosphere, no hot food from 3pm and no hot drinks icecream or toys available from before 3pm. All in all we could have just gone to soft play spent half the money and had a better experience. I understand they probably had a busy summer season and were keen for an early day but we paid our money and deserved to have the experience...
