Nice and clean facility, shame about the tainted experience. Accusatory group email re damage by someone that afternoon (not by our dogs I may add) both unappreciated and out of order.

Not a single ball left in the ball pit just chewed up plastic remains of what were once balls...

I guess the flaw in this business model is using something designed for children for dogs which by nature chew when playing!!!!

Won't be back mainly down to attitudes that need urgent adjustment, but as per our email it was nothing to do with our dogs and we don't like the tone of this management sending unfounded accusatory group emails... get your facts straight first and contact the correct parties only.

Speaking openly, I have advised businesses in a professional capacity for quarter of a century now and this even down to your response now to what IS absolutely our experience show poor customer service from a poorly educated customer service operation...

You allow up to five dogs in a tiny play area... if that is five large dogs behaving in packs is it any wonder they play in this way, destroy balls in ball pit designed for children. If you buy a dog a squeaky toy from the pet shop I haven't found a dog yet that doesn't rip it apart, you are renting soft play for children with no modification to the integral strength of the play equipment what on earth do you think is going to happen.

Your customer service is accusatory, unprofessional, arrogant and unfriendly and that alone will...

We've been looking for something like this for years!! Absolutely thrilled to have found an indoor dog play area!! Our Teddy Bear loved playing here. We don't have kids so it felt wonderful to be able to take our 'child' (dog 🤣) to a place like this and play with him together 🫶🏻 plus the agility equipment was a pleasant surprise so we got to practice that with him too! 🐕

I appreciated the fans that were left around the space to help it be more cool - being a Samoyed he gets quite hot easily so we couldn't stay for too long but hope to be back in a more wintery time! ❄️ Wonderful facilities too! Huge toilet area and kitchen sink area to fill up water. 💧 We also didn't notice any bad smells at all which might be expected in such a place with so many dogs. The owners clearly take great care of this space and clean it regularly! ✨

Really enjoyed taking my dogs here, dogs tired themselves out and we used the dog wash too. Was a bit disappointed to see dog treats with rawhide on offer. There was a smell of dog pee, which isn’t surprising really, but not sure why artificial grass was the flooring of choice instead of something easier to clean that dogs don’t associate with going to the toilet on. We booked a session in the evening and there was no toilet roll left. It was nice having drinks for sale and the dog vending machine is a good idea. Unfortunately It was really hot with no windows, so just something to be aware of if taking dogs in the summer. Will definitely go again but may try and book a morning session.
