I would like to share my opinion on Cromer golf course. I came here the other day with my husband to have a look around the course to see if we would like it. we was thinking of joining as its are local course !!! We loved how the course is layed out and the views are astonishing. Me and my husband felt like we was in are own little world. Everyone are very pleasant and other golfer's stopped to welcome us. We felt like we found are new course to join until we met one very unhappy worker. He first introduced him self as Jamie one of the green keepers. He seemed to be on edge, upset and very disappointed. So my husband asked why he seemed down. For the reply we got we was shocking, disheartened and disappointed as we thought we found are new course to join. I've never heard such language of someone complaining about their boss or a golfing committee. Me and my husband are very keen golfer's and money is no object to are golfing hobby but by the sounds of things royal Cromer is not the place for us. Now we are force to look further afield for are new...

Didn't quite know what to expect having played the STUNNING "SHERINGHAM"the previous day(26/6/2017).Completely different to Sheringham. We all agreed as a Parkland/Heathland/links it is Excellent.Superb condition greens, fairways, bunkers.Fantastic views,on 4,7,8,and the back 9(which is more links style). The assistant pro was really helpful and members who we met on the course were easy going and very friendly.A thoroughly enjoyable day in better weather than the previous day.TOP Course, but not quite in the same league as nearby SHERINGHAM. THIS STRETCH OF THE NORFOLK COAST (including the MAGICAL "ROYAL WEST NORFOLK"(links Golf how it was meant to be played),HUNSTANTON(Lee Westwoods'Top 5),has got to be the most underrated area in the UK.Play these beauties, you will not be...

We had a very enjoyable round of golf here in early May. We were made to feel so welcome, from the initial reading of the website, to the friendly pro shop staff, the members and the catering / bar staff. It was a very nice touch to have our name on the welcome board as we walked into the clubhouse. The course was in great condition and there are some fabulous views from some really interesting and challenging holes. We enjoyed it so much we came a second time a couple of days later with our daughter - very different weather conditions which posed some different challenges. It was well worth the green fee and we will play there again when we’re next in...

RCGC is a fantastic course where golfers with mixed handicaps (<24) should be able to enjoy a great day together. Higher handicaps will struggle with the challenge with the length especially. The club house has good facilities (showers, coffee, bar, restaurant) and the pro shop team were friendly and accommodating. If you want to stay close and have a group then the Cromer Country Club is just next door and has a range of 1/2/3 bedroom units that will more than suit your needs. Room 75 even overlooks the course!

As a relative novice golfer, this is the hardest course I've played. HOWEVER, the course is utterly beautiful, with magnificent views and large elevation changes. The greens were hard and fast, the fairways wide but challenging. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating and the members were very chatty and good with local knowledge about the course. The green fees were approx £50 but worth every penny.

Fantastic course. Payed £60 for a 342 afternoon tee off time. The pro super friendly ...got talking to a member in the car park who invited me to go round with his 3 ball. This helped a lot as the course is very tricky with undulating fairways. Really enjoyed the round ...I got the beers in after the round. 1 Guinness and 3 Estrella for £21.00....the bar staff were also very friendly. Hopefully go back one day.
