I went there for a birthday party which was one of the over 4 sessions. I loved the amount of choice that was available and the kids had a great time but I just can't rate it more than 3 stars due to the organisation of it all. The party was for a 5th birthday so we had up to 20 kids 4 and 5 and unless the adults paid £14.50 we had to supervise from the cafe upstairs!! You couldn't walk around the park to supervise your kids. The kids who are booked on have a wristband so I don't understand why adults who are wishing to supervise their children can't walk around the green edging to supervise? It would be pretty clear to the staff who should be using the equipment and who shouldn't since they use wristbands. If the adults try to use the equipment then use that strike process they have in the kids band? It seems bonkers to me that there is no option like that. Since the adults aren't able to supervise I feel like the security of the park isn well achieved either. The stairs to get in and out of the trampoline area are very wide and give access to a mini amusement area and also the front doors. Any of these kids can walk down the stairs to access the toilets or have to use these stairs to get to the other stairs to go upstairs but they can also just walk out that front door and as we're upstairs, we . might not see. The safety briefing was unbelievable, I have never seen anything like it. The man who spoke was far too quick and quiet, didn't understand a word he said. The video spoke about instant death!!!! A group of 4 and 5 year olds and they are told about this? I understand everyone needs to be told of the risks of this kind of play but this was just ridiculous, I've never heard this level of detail at other trampoline parks. There was a few kids in the party who had a fear after watching the video. 1 was too scared to go on to anything but the mother wasn't allowed to help him on a trampoline to see it was ok. Another mother from the party paid to go on to supervise her little one so she thankfully helped him kept past his fear. Doing this, she lost sight of her own little one and we couldn't find her for about 5 minutes, she managed to get down in to the mini amusement area - adding to that security problem I mentioned. My 4 year old huffed because he couldn't go in to the ninja warrior area which looked like a soft play so he lay himself down at the side of one of the trampolines, face down. I watched from upstairs as the lady had absolutely no idea what to do as she couldn't touch him and since he is a stubborn little boy, he wouldn't speak to her. If adults were allowed to enter the area to supervise, that could have also been avoided. Overall, the kids had a great time but all the negatives wouldn't bring me back. Maybe when the kids are older and understand safe play and staying in the area so we can sit and comfortably...
Read moreHad a party today for my sons 8th birthday. the staff is soo rude and haven't a clue in the cafe up stairs. We were rushed out of the party room and rushed to do the cake because we had 15 mins to get out so another party could come in. Most of the kids left there food because I was told I had to do the cake while they were eating. There is no staff around the front doors and children can come out the doors with no one even noticing. We had a party that had 5 children with disabilities so this was really frustrating as us as parents. There was a woman working on the dodge ball area that shouted at a child in our party to get off instead of explaining she needed to go into the security brief wich had her in tears as the woman was horrible the way she was shouting at her. My nephew who is autistic got shouted off the same woman for no reason at all as his mam stood and watched him play. For the amount of money we have spent its ridiculous and none of the staff have a brain between them its like they didn't want to be there! The only one that was a great help was the man on the desk that took all the parties meals and done bands and socks . So thankyou to him. My child got a card with a free jump session that we will never use as the staff have sour faces and our experience has been terrible Will never book a party or return! Maybe recruit people that have good customer service skills and actually care about making your experience a one...
Read moreI took my Granddaughter to her friend's birthday party. The Children seemed to have a good time, expelling all their energy and having fun, and they're given one of those gig-type wrist bands at the entrance. The staff seem well trained and there's a counter with drinks, sweets, etc but when the Children went to the party room, it didn't feel very party-ish to me. There was a member of staff who brought in the Children's food on a trolley (the options were cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza or hotdog) and a small birthday cake for afters, and a goodybag each then the birthday child's parents were advised it was time to leave as they had to get the room prepared for the next party coming in for their food. It wasn't like a proper traditional birthday party which I love, so it felt like an 'industrial convertor belt' lol, but the Children seemed happy enough with it all and all the Parents could have a break in the seating area whilst all of the Children went off to trampoline. The exercise kept them happy with lots of endorphins (a change from sitting around using a screen these days I suppose 😬) and then they refuelled with food afterwards after they'd worked up an appetite hahaha! 🍕🎂🍰🥤🎈🎁🎊🎉
And a note for Parents with Children with allergies, they don't have anything with nuts in I was told so it should be safe but I would call to confirm if they have no allergy ingredients in their party food and...
