Lovely peaceful place to walk, with various terrain. There are woodland paths as well as maintained paving next to the broad. There are some clear views of the broad and you'll see various water fowl. There's also a big sculpture called the Man of Stones which is fascinating, and if you take a look in the distance at the edges of rooftops of the UEA building, you'll see Antony Gormley's human sculptures.
