Beautiful sights but my gosh, it's a really steep trek in some places. There's about three massive hills that you literally ascend and descend over. Some have steps, some don't and they're literally 45° steep. On a hot day, there's little in the way of shelter or shade, so if you're taking the coastal path from Lansallos to Polperro (and back) as we did, bring plenty of water, snacks and sun protection. Read moreNice beach very hard underfoot though as it consists of shale and quartz. But if you overlook that it's a very clean beach as regards to rubbish. Unfortunately there are a lot of tiny plastic bits which I picked up while looking for sea glass. It's very picturesque with a very pretty waterfall up the back of the beach. We stayed just up from this little beach nice to be able to walk to. If your feeling like a bit of a trek you can walk to polppero and looe. The views are amazing.
