Trampolines great and ground staff are fab! Shame about the patronising manager! If your planning on having food ring ahead to see if the cafe is open as on today’s occasion we had planned to have lunch in the cafe and it was closed! My partner asked if he went and got food could they eat it upstairs in the area food would normally be served and was told yes! Partner went to get food and on return told to eat outside it was pretty cold and windy and the benches were wet! Manager insinuating my partner had asked the young girl as if he knew she didn’t know the rules on food in the building and was taking advantage her being busy! No apologies just quite rude! Despite people eating packed lunches upstairs that they had brought in themselves, obviously being honest and having the courtesy to ask first about food wasn’t worth doing! Such a shame the manager dealt with the situation the way she did I feel sorry for the employees because if that’s the way she talks to paying customers I dread to think what she gets away with when talking to the younger employees! As I am unable to respond to your response I have edited my review to add some facts to your response which is not true, my sister stayed with her 2 children and husband myself and my partner left the premises with my two year old as eating outside in the cold weather was not something I was willing to do! All that was needed was an appologise for the misleading in communication on your and your staffs part! I stand by my three star review as I have mentioned the good things just a shame about your customer service skills! An apology was all that was needed but you failed to do that! If an apology was too much for you to handle then...

Was easy to find a car space despite it looking packed in the car park!
The lady serving on the front desk was informative, helpful and joking with the children, couldn't have been more easy to check in.
Changed socks and used the lockers (non refundable 20p charge) which were very cheap!
Used the hurricane simulator machine (was different and fun!!).
In the locker room area we watched a safety video on what and what not to do whilst bouncing. It was about 5 - 10 minutes long if that.
After that we queued for the trampolines. During this time I realised how hard the 2 young boys were working keeping everyone informed, organised and cleaning up plates and being very polite.
The whistle signalled the end of the people before us bouncing and everyone was off within a few minutes, again very well organised by the staff.
Time to bounce and even though there were alot of people you never felt like anyone was in your way! There was no barging past people and all ages were respectful to others.
I had read in other reviews about dead flies everywhere but I honestly didn't see one dead fly anywhere.
Gotta give extra credit to the guy with curly hair on the air bag, he had a lot to deal with but did so in a calm, relaxed manner and very polite too! He was straight on the case helping my 4yr get off the air bag and another time straight on the case checking her when she hurt herself on there so props to him for working hard.
The time attack is another part included in the price for the trampoline Park and is a good break from bouncing.
All in all we all came away knackered, hot and having had...

Exceptionally busy which I would expect for time of year but hardly any seating meant a huge amount of ppl congregating wherever there is floor space especially at the lower level with families queuing on the staircase to the soft play section juggling babies with drinks and food. The floor was also filthy...piles of dirty purple socks everywhere along with empty food and drink cartons. We found getting out of the building difficult due to the exit and entrance being the same doorway and just so many people queuing to get in. It was very overcrowded although there was plenty of space for kids to jump about in the trampoline area.
I was also told to leave the raised area nearer the trampolines as parents are not allowed to stand there. That's fine rules are rules, I'd simply gone up to inform my child we were moving to stand in a different area due to the crowds and did nt want him getting lost when exiting the bounce area. I was told whilst looking for him (and quite rudely) to move and get off by a young lad in a yellow t shirt however the other 3 adults standing near me taking photos and having a coffee were not approached.
An ok way to kill an hour or 2 but the noise, overcrowding and mess means we probably would nt...
