Really enjoyed the look around and it was post-service, so everything was very quiet. I appreicate how colourful the stain glass windows are and the craftmanship that goes into creating them. the tower outside was quite interesting but a shame you can no longer go up it

Beautiful Cathedral and worth visiting for the history of the building and tower. Very quiet when we visited but the door was unlocked allowing us to look around inside. Remember to walk around the back of the building to see the round tower.

Probably not worth a special trip on its own, the cathedral - and more importantly the round tower - is well worth a visit if you're passing. Be aware that the car park for the cathedral comes upon you VERY suddenly - there's a sign that's AT the car park and it's easy to go past...
