A tiny museum but absolutely stuffed full of fascinating history, heritage, artefacts and documents. There’s a great team of volunteers who run this museum and they are very good at enabling visitors to make the most of the extensive collection. Free to visit, free parking and level access.

Photo Albums off Harbour & Village... overwhelming.... The Lifeboat Which has returned Back to Buckie...In it's service saved over 50 Lives.... And The Government want to cut back This LIFE SAVING Boat... With others all round our Coastlines....Yet Again with public Kindness & The Grace of God These Men & Woman Bravely Carry on ....More Funding From Government !!!! ...Is this To much to ask ?..With any of our Emergency...

The museum is really interesting the volunteers are extremely knowledgeable and really really helpful we were taken to the memorial chapel for sailors lost at sea the stain glass windows are exquisite if you are interested in the history of the fishing community locally it is well worth a visit. There is no entrance fee the museum relies...

Really interesting long heritage for many to look over. The guides will bring the tour to life with the knowledge that noone else will have. Would be beneficial for the youth to introduce some interactive puzzles or quizzes to bring the place to life. However, I was amazed al the local archive...
