Realy nice wee cafe and take away, coffee was very good, and the usual fried egg roll was nice, again being well cooked. Normaly I knock a star off if its only one egg in a roll however given its a lot cheaper than many round about so left it at 5. The take away bagguets and sandwhiches looked good as did the cakes and scones. It is quite busy with people coming in for carry outs, but that says its a popular place. Part of the shop is a gift center which had some realy nice things and the largest selection of Jelly Cat plush toys I've ever seen, nearly had to buy one of a fried egg. I remember when the was just at a newsagent a bookseller. It's just got a few books, magazines and papers now to make space for the coffee shop, which I have to say is lovely.

Been in here a few times for coffee, cake and ice cream and hasn't disappointed. Lovely decor and always clean. The gift and jewellery section is nice as well although I would prefer more from local artists rather than the usual coastal items you can find on most high streets.

Had beautiful tasty and well presented lunch here today. We both had an open sandwich. I had goats cheese and vegetable and my other half had black pudding with bomber cheese. Both served with tasty coleslaw, salad and crisps. Toilet lovely and clean. Staff friendly. If I had small criticism it would be that the bread in the open sandwich was too thick.
