We decided to go for a look having heard a lot about the beach and we had to admit that the beach itself was fantastic. Lovely sand, clean, water a bit chill but hey, this is north Scotland, so the kids had a great time. The only problem was in Findhorn. The place was nearly impossible to find somewhere to park to access a shop, when we got to the beach car park there was no consideration for disability, so with the car park being well occupied we couldn't get that close to a beach access. There were a few families and dog walkers on the beach when we were there, but judging by the brightly coloured beach huts, it can be a busy place.
