This is a good park which I have been coming to for years. There is a free car park there. It is a pity there is no public toilets or shelter in the park. There is a special needs nursery and also a playgroup building there. People often picnic in the park without any problem. There are dog bins placed around the park for dog-walkers. There is an area for skate boarders and children's play area.

Beautiful park and very good rides, your kids will definitely enjoy the time they will spend there. There are so many swings which help strengthen the bones of children and a stable growth.

Fabulous park. Devastated to lose the swimming pool centre too was a hubub of activity for everyone but love Bright Sparks , children with ASN need places to go for education, play and leisure (more if them please) Would also have liked to see some consideration for the Youth ,teenagers of Bonnyrigg, Roswell, Lasswade distinctly lacking in services for them around here and hence they end up roaming streets bored if not into Astros or skating anymore, there's also not now a soft play or play area for wetdays for wee ones that could be a fully inclusive place too. Future hopes high hopes...

Fantastic park for the kids ,& adults alike . Challenging but safe adventure play ground , a 5- side astro turf pitch and a full size grass football pitch. There's acers of open grass land , with a few wooded areas and colourful flower beds. It's also home to the War Memorial , to the locals who fell & gave the ultimate sacrifice. There's an enjoyable walk around the park boundaries. The view fi the top of the King George hill at dawn & dusk can be stunning It's also 🐕 dog friendly , as long as you 🛍️ the 💩
