The park provides a wonderful experience for lovely walks and is dog friendly. Play area looks very good and was busy with families . The children seemed to be enjoying their time here … however Photos on web site of cafe and courtyard obviously taken good while ago . It’s August , it’s closed. Courtyard looks abandoned. So went to Tea room for coffee and cake ( no cakes, tho biscuits available. Decided not to bother ). Gift shop poor. Overall felt like I’d stepped into a time warp of the 50’s.
