WOW what a place, what a paradise! As I always say we thing the heaven is somewhere up there, no it is the place we live - the Earth!!! There is a lot of space to park and take a walk around the area. Keep at leat 2-3 h to be able to go right to the top and right to the bottom where the lighthouse is. To get all those beautiful spots for pictures. Midgets are like wild vampires, bare in mind 😄😄 follow the path to the lighthouse and do keep all clean and clear. The actual lighthouse is not open for visitors, but there is plenty to go and see. The nature is much interesting. If is was living anywhere close though this place would be there...
Read moreThis is a place that is worth the time and effort to visit. The views are incredible from the car park but it is well worth venturing down the steep steps to get to the lighthouse. You should also walk along the cliff tops from the right of the car park to get views of the cliffs and lighthouse. Buildings aren't that spectacular, a little weathered and run down in places, it's just nice to be on the most Westerly point of Skye.
