Absolutely love going here and it's my dogs favourite walk as they can run off the lead, but I do not go too close the cliff edge with them and if they start getting excited I put them back on the lead. They both run around so happily and roll around in the grass and chase each other as they have the freedom and safety to do so. I always pop I to the Guard House for either a cup of tea (they have a loyalty card stamped each time you purchase something once its stamped 8 times you get a free dri k and if you want take out and take your own travel cup then you get a big discount as they are very aware of the environment and if you do not have a travel cup you can buy one then there so with the discount it's not much more mi ey to buy a travel breaker and a dri k then if you were to buy one and use one of their disposable take out cups if that makes sense). I cant stress how beautiful and what a wonderful place it is to walk your dogs like I said before just be careful if they are off the lead and your near the cliff edge as dogs who like to chase things like birds will keep o running not realising that they could run off the edge of the cliff which would be awful. So if you need somewhere to go even if you haven't got dogs and it's a lovely place to take your kids especially if they have push bikes and if you carry on walking around eventually it will take you down to Brixham town.

Our painting holiday at Hope Cove was perfect. Superb scenery, variety of venues - Kingsbridge, a pretty marine estuary, galleries, artists, individual shops, a museum and market. South Milton, N.T maintained with a nature reserve and coastal footpath, with horned cattle grazing in a nearby meadow. Hope Cove and Inner Hope - filled with thatched cottages and sailing boats, so pretty and unspoilt. Best of all the wonderful Cottage Hotel, because tradition, locality and amenity combined with sea views made the whole group of artists declare "We'll be back", and we can't wait until next year, we want to be in South Devon in winter too!

This is a beautiful place to visit. Having never been I was surprised by the number of amazing beaches and countryside. It was surprisingly quiet and really enjoyed our week here. One thing to bear in mind is the roads. The roads here can be quite tricky. Luckily we have a small car so the lanes were not a problem. But if you have a large vehicle or caravan just be aware some of the lanes can be quite narrow. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for somewhere to visit in the Devon area. We all had a great week with hiking, swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding.

If you love walking then this is a place to consider. Plenty of hills to exercise your bum!! Beautiful views and lots of geocaches if you like to find things with the kiddies. Several phone masts have now been erected so no problem with phone signals anymore. Take your own food and water and don’t forget to wear decent walking boots or shoes. Adders in the long grass so be careful. Lots of livestock so dogs should be on a lead or have had livestock familiarisation training. A beautiful area of the South West. I love west Devon.

Lucky to have this so close to Plymouth! A place for easy walks along the coast with great views. Various national trust car parks to choose from or more sneeky spots if you look around. But honestly use national trust they look after the area and means locals don't get annoyed. Various lovely pubs in the area mostly in Noss Mayo, and a great beach. Only not 5 stars as a lot of private land owners have spoilt access to the whole coast path, which on one hand is fair it's theirs but on the other its just pointlessly selfish!
