If you visit on a wet day be sure to wear the correct footwear for muddy paths. In the dry it's perfect. There is a fair size carpark with disable bay's. There is a cafeteria and toilets, and the occasional ice-cream van. You will enjoy your walk and so will your children and your dog, if you have any. There are play areas for the children. You can wheelchair, walk, run or ride (bicycles) there is plenty of space. My wife and I walk along the river path where you may see the King fisher's or the otter's.
