Pet Playground — Attraction in St Albans

I’m regards to previous complaint regarding Larni being being attacked by the Rottweiler! I am disgusted in how you have responded to it. I have loved coming to the play park but I come along with a very small dog and it breaks my heart to think there is no support from the owner of this park! Larni is the most trained dog I have ever met and her owner has worked so hard with her at so much training sessions so to say that larni is at fault is a load of rubbish! How you even have the cheek to blame her it unbelievable! You advertised -a safe environment for controlled dogs but this is not the case if dogs are defended for behaving incorrectly. If my dog was to have been hurt being a small dog I have absolutely zero confidence there would be any support from yourselves and that is not a risk I am willing to take! I truly think you need to think long and hard about the dogs and owners that you’re accepting rather than just accepting anyone’s money! Disgusting!!!!!!! You should be ashamed...

Id like to think of myself as an honest veterinary nurse who can be trusted with peoples dogs. Therefore I would like to publicly apologise for my dogs behaviour in April when he did in fact attack Charlotte's dog. Luisa lied about it and said Charlottes dog was the one in Odin's face and that Odin was correcting her, but that wasnt true. Charlottes dog was minding her own business & Odin was the one harrassing her. I am so embarrassed. In future I will make sure he is put on a lead and that I am a responsible dog owner with control of their large dog! I am very sorry for allowing Luisa's lie to escalate & cause so much drama. I should have admitted it sooner but I got wrapped up in the mean girl click & was scared they wouldnt like me any more. Luisa and PP are amazing! I am a local dog walker and normally we can’t use the facilities for group walks so that it’s available for reactive/nervous dogs who need a safe space for themselves, as it should be! However one of my groups were swarmed by hornets on a walk, this lead to one of my pups being incredibly nervous being out on the walks and kept running back to the car. I called Luisa in a stress to see if we could use PP as a one off to allow Zazu to be out with her friends without the risk of her bolting. She agreed immediately and even refused payment! She then offered for us to use it a few more times so help keep zazu safe until she was feeling herself again. This made such a huge difference to Zazu and meant I could keep her in the group walks.
