Costa Coffee — Restaurant in St Albans

I came in around 8:30am and the baristas were not up to the standard of a morning rush and it wasn’t even that busy. The two girls were slow whilst one seemed as though she was day dreaming as she made the drinks with little regard to people in a hurry to work. I was late into work this morning due to this even though I allocated enough time to stop off. People were even leaving as the wait time was ridiculous. 25 minutes for 2 drinks is ridiculous. This Costa has to be one of the best. The staff, especially Russ, are always super friendly and will never fail to make me smile or put my in a good mood! I work in the retail park, but am leaving at the end of this month. I have used this costa since they opened and will continue to use this costa after i have left! i cannot bring myself to say goodbye to the lovely staff there just yet!

Ordered a salted caramel frostino and iced tea, not only did it taste of mint but the iced tea was literally just tea with ice, no sweetener, he also had 0 care when making our drinks using his hands to put in our straws and during a global pandemic I didnt really appreciate it, overall I font recomend this costa based off of that experience -...
