We visited this stone circle on our recent trip to the West Country. It's in a very nice location in a field not far from the road and has extensive views around the surrounding countryside. It's a very peaceful place, well worth a visit. There are no facilities, which just adds to the atmosphere in my opinion. There is a small layby to park in right by the entrance to the field. Definitely stop and have a look if you're passing by.

Atmospheric and beautiful. Luckily we visited at the same time as a local tour, so listened in on the guide who was recounting the mythology. I particularly loved the story behind the two megaliths next to the circle. We went round and touched all the stones for luck. There was even a little mural in the very middle. Parking is very limited - only space for 3 or so cars by the roadside. But definitely worth visiting if you’re nearby!

Excellently preserved stone circle not too far afield from Lands End and Penzance. If you’re into ancient sites, this is definitely worth the detour to check out. Best parking is at the bus stop, where you can access the path directly (see satellite map). The stones were just beyond the road. Definitely worth a detour, and likely the easiest circle in the area to access with minimal walking.

Wonderful historic site with a sign before you enter through the style from the road. The stones themselves are well preserved and it's obvious the site is reasonably well kept. The site is well worth a visit with a small parking area just by the entrance style and gate. The parking area is muddy and can only fit a few cars so you will have to turn around and come back later if it's full.

Nice stone circle… if you fancy getting naked and dancing around with your Tommy whacker out just make sure that there’s no dog walkers around as their doggos may think your little man is a sausage (chipolata or frankfurter) and go in for a bite…. If this does happen then Penzance will be your closest hospital! A top tip for your top tip (if it’s bitten off).

There is a small parking area next to the field the stones are in. To get into the field is a stile gate so no disabled access unfortunately. A short walk up the field to reach the stones which is lovely on a sunny day! Unfortunately there isn't much in the way of information about the stones at the site, but the stones themselves are interesting to see.
