Bo Thai Takeaway Boleigh Farm, Lamorna — Restaurant in England

Middle of nowhere you stumble upon this takeaway van looking strangely out of place. Stop, or you will miss a genuine Thai Street Food eatery. Two wonderful Thai ladies at the controls, you just know this should be good. It did not disappoint. Four big fat juicy Fish Cakes with sweet chilli followed by Chicken Stir-Fry with Thai Holy Basil (none of your European Sweet Basil here, other restaurants take note) and Jasmine Rice. Armed with a spoon and a fork I drove the half mile to Lamorna Cove and sat in my car looking out to sea and devoured the lot with absolutely no-one about. We drove down to pick up dinner from a nearby camping ground and did not have super high expectations coming in. But oh boy, is the food here spectacular! They have plenty of vegetarian options and they take card payments too.
