Nance Fishing Lakes — Attraction in St. Ives

On holiday in Cornwall and found this lovely place by accident. Stopped off for a late lunch with our little dog. What a find!! Had a.very tasty cheese and chutney sandwich which arrived with a lovely salad and a generous slice of fresh pineapple. We also had a cream tea between us which was plenty for two. It was all very fresh and delicious. The lovely lady even brought some bits of ham out for our dog!! We sat outside on some garden benches which overlooked a beautiful lake. Stunning place, very clean, lovely food and friendly and helpful staff....

We called in for a cream tea. The variety of cakes was amazing. Could sit indoors or out in the garden or even overlooking the lake stocked with fish. I think there were also snacks available but after looking at the cakes....we settled on them. The Victoria sponge so sooo high and topped with cream and so many fresh...
