Great park for running, exercising, walking, dog walks and cycling. A tarmac path goes all around the park for year round walking without getting too muddy. There is a reasonable sized car park with ample parking and a cafe located in the main building with friendly staff. The coffee and food served here has always been hot and tasty. If you are a dog walker etc, there is a service window and door to the side of the building where you can order and be served. Great idea! Recommended. (Note the cafe is not open on Mondays.) Other facilities on site include: - BMX track. - Basketball hoop. - Graffiti wall. - Enclosed astroturf pitch. - Kids play area.

Fantastic space for all. It can get a bit busy, especially when Covid means distancing from others but there's a lot to do here. A decently sized carpark is at the entrance and leads to a walking/running track which goes around the perimeter. This surrounds huge playing fields, ready for football and rugby and a recently refurbished skate park, which we make good use of the skate park for my kids. There's also a nice toddler playground too with swings, slides and various fun things, and a fun little assault course and outdoor exercise equipment close to the cafe, which I'm yet to use.

Great skate park located at the back of the park. My son loves it to ride on either scooter or bike. Quite stip in some places for the beginners but very well shaped that is safe to ride. Very good condition and maintained well.

The 2 Star Review here is specifically a result of the service received in the 'new'(?) cafe situated next to the car park. We were simply inside looking at the menu and cakes on display because we had never been in before, when a rude and over 'assertive' old lady serving asked if we were sat inside. When we described that we could only find space outside she abruptly told us to go outside and order through this terrible side window being used as a serving hatch despite not being safe, able to fully open, or intended for this purpose. We explained that we simply wanted to view the items on display but were again curtly told that there was a menu outside and to head there. Which we felt obliged to do and make a sharp exit.

What a hideous place.

The woman clearly either recognised her God awful manners (or was gently advised by one of her colleagues??!!) because she came to the window with a sickly, high pitched, over patronising excuse for herself....not a glimmer of actual remorse or integrity).

We certainly won't be popping here again. Shame really, because the food and cake (the one I chose, was actually NOT on the outdoor menu, and I only knew it was there because I had unknowingly gone against 'her' rules and seen it inside beforehand) were all...

If you're looking for a great park to spend some quality time outdoors, look no further than our local park. The park is well-maintained and has plenty of facilities to keep you entertained throughout the day. The paths are well-marked and offer a great opportunity to get some exercise or go for a leisurely stroll.

The park has ample seating areas spread throughout the area for you to relax and enjoy some snacks and drinks. You can pack a picnic and make use of the extensive lawn areas, or head over to the barbecue and make use of the grill. Children will enjoy the playground area, which has swings, slides and plenty of open space to run around.

The park has a lot of shaded areas which is great on hot days. An added bonus is the park's proximity to public transportation, which makes it easy to get to, even if you...
