The play area is good. The toilets and seating area could do with a bit more attention, it want very busy... perhaps 5 small groups of people 1/kids per group. But the seating area floor had a few spillages and food debris that remained unchecked for the 2hrs we were there, the same was true of the toilets, the baby change didn't have any hand towels, my partner informed staff, who said they'd sort it... it wasn't sorted during our time there. My partner's also told the staff there was no toilet roll in the ladies' toilets, and was also told it would be sorted... it wasn't. Really easy couple of improvements, these cleanliness issues put me off ordering food and drink here. 5stars if addressed.

We just celebrated my daughters 6th birthday here. We booked a party for 19 children and purchased the party boxes as an additional. Everyone throughly enjoyed the party, the children loved the soft play, the party room was fantastic, lots of room and we brought extra decorations to make it more personal. The food was delicious and homemade. We were really impressed. Excellent value for money. Pip was so helpful and accommodating, we will definitely visit more often in future.

Excellent! Service was amazing! From reception to the cafe! We got there late for our session and they let us stay over an hour past our time. Took my niece out for the day. So much to do. Loads of food, snack and drinks available. Clean toilets. All round 10/10!! Thank you for being an amazing host!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A perfect 1st birthday at Go Bananas, Stroud! Today was our daughter’s 1st birthday, and we travelled from Cheltenham to Stroud to take her to Go Bananas for the day — and she had the BEST time! From the moment we arrived, the place felt warm and welcoming. The two lovely ladies working there greeted us with big smiles and even wished our little one a happy birthday, which made the day feel extra special.

We bought a beautiful tasty rainbow cake from Go Bananas (which she devoured), and she enjoyed some squash in her adorable rainbow and unicorn cup before heading off to play. She absolutely loved the ball pit — especially in the toddler area — but she also had the best time exploring the main soft play too! Watching her crawl, walk, and run around with the older children, laughing and squealing with excitement, was just wonderful. The slides and the bright, safe play zones kept her entertained for ages.

After all that fun, she tucked into her kids’ lunch box, which was just perfect — a sandwiches, Wotsits, a cookie, and some strawberry squash. Everything was clean, well-organised, and clearly run by people who really care about making it a great experience for families.

By the time we got home, she was exhausted — she had such a busy and joy-filled day that she fell fast asleep almost immediately! It was honestly the perfect way to celebrate her very first birthday.

Thank you, Go Bananas, for helping make such lovely memories for us all — we’ll definitely be...

Went there on a Monday morning and what I thought is going to be a nice day with my family turned out to be a horrible experience because of the rude lady at the coffee counter.. I just asked her if she could change a £2 coin so I can use them indoor for the electric machines and she kept me waiting and ignored me while serving other customers who queued after me. She made me feel like because of my accent I was not treated fairly and felt a hint of discrimination and racism coming across When I have confronted her and said I was next in the queue she completely ignored me and was apologetic to the person who she was serving at the time, not to me who I’ve been standing there for a long time being completely invisible to her

When asked her to tell me her name she said again rudely “I don’t have one”

Obviously I would never return there if staff members are completely obnoxious and let down a place that should be filled with family-friendly vibe, not with...

this place has been my go to play area for about 8 years and always enjoy coming here but today I'm truly shocked at the way my daughter and her dad got treated. It's my daughters 6th birthday and unfortunately I had to work 10-6 so her dad drove 2 and half hours to fulfill her wish of going to go bananas. on arrival they were told you need to book online to which he never knew and dosent state online booking only on the website and only having a £20 phone noway of doing so. the woman was very rude although a man tried to help and said he would do it this once. He was then told he couldn't pay cash and had no bank card so couldn't go in my daughter then broke down in tears her dad begged them to let her in some how but they wouldn't help. another man started smirking and laughing as my daughter stood breaking her heart and her dad getting frustrated and upset. definitely won't be returning...
