Short Hike at Sundon Hills Country park

I recently visited Sundon Hills Country Park for a short hiking trip, and while it provided a decent place to stretch my legs, I found the experience to be less than inspiring.
As for the hiking trails, they were mostly through fields and over tractor paths, which lacked the diversity and natural beauty that I typically look for in a hiking destination. The trails were well-maintained, but the scenery was rather monotonous and not very stimulating.
Overall, if you're in the area and need a quick stop for a short hike, Sundon Hills Country Park is an adequate choice. However, don't expect a truly captivating or memorable experience. It's a decent place to stretch your legs and get some fresh air, but you might want to explore other options for a more inspiring...

I would not recommend for family outings or for walks. There were faeces everywhere! Big faeces, small faeces, fresh faeces, decomposing faeces...There was a little path going through the hills but with the faeces problem, (it was like an obstacle course), we couldn't walk on it. So we had to face overgrown grass and stinging nettles.

There are fields with sheep so you have to keep your dog's on the lead but once you've crossed them you can go in the woodland area and explore it. All of the evergreen trees have been marked for cutting but I do hope they don't do this as the beautiful woodland will be no more. There's a small free car...
