If you're looking for fun and excitement, a well run event with great staff who possess exceptional customer service, look no further.

Myself (30) and my son (6 and a 1/2) went for the experience of being outdoors and doing something different. On the face of it 30pp seems a little steep, however, you certainly get what you pay for... and it was worth every penny!!

The briefing was informative but also fun, the games and scenarios were superb, the staff are incredible and the pizza at the end... delicious!!

The guns were very realistic and two hours is plenty long enough. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a corporate event, birthday or someone who fancies going out with a friend/s or family member/s because it is well well worth it.

These employees are a real asset to their company. They delivered exceptional customer service and need to be recognised for it. People like Tady, Adam, Emily and Megan are few and far between. Polite, professional, energetic, enthusiastic and genuine, they are the very best at what they do and represent Go Lazer Tag in the most positive way imaginable.

As a customer, it is our right to leave a bad review if we feel the service was poor, the venue was not up to standard or the employees rude or unprofessional.

By the same measure, I believe it is of the utmost importance to recognise and highlight when a company have gone above and beyond regarding, service, standards and when employees have excelled in their role.

My sincere gratitude then to Tady, Adam, Emily and Megan. You made our experience an unforgettable one, my son has not stopped talking about being made squad leader all weekend (thank you Megan!!) and I most certainly know where I will be booking up his birthday...

We booked Go Laser Tag for our son’s birthday. Really glad we did! Some companies that run parties for groups and children tend to forget the importance of the event for the individual and it starts to become a conveyor belt of parties coming through with no care for the experience. Go Laser was different. They made our son feel special because the staff were super enthusiastic and really great at controlling the group and ensuring it remained fun for everyone. The team on the day could not have done more to assist us ensuring we had an everything we needed and more. Every single member of staff that we came into contact with from the car park to the cafe were full of enthusiasm, helpful and really really polite! It was appreciated. However one of the best things about Go Laser is their customer service. When you are really busy and trying to organise a party they have made the process as simple as possible. The use of what’s app for contact was fantastic. It was super easy to book pizzas and ask questions and every time the response from customer service was really quick but most importantly really helpful. We had an absolutely outstanding experience at GO Laser Tag London. From the moment we arrived, Megan, our Events Organiser, made us feel welcome and at ease. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail were evident throughout the day. She took the time to clearly explain the rules, ensure everyone was comfortable with the equipment, and made the games engaging for all skill levels.

Megan demonstrated exceptional organisational skills, keeping our schedule running smoothly while maintaining a fun and relaxed atmosphere. She was attentive to the needs of the whole group, ensuring everyone was involved and enjoying themselves. Her friendly and approachable manner made it easy for us to ask questions or get advice during the event.

The venue itself was impressive, with a well-maintained forest setting, high-quality equipment, and varied game zones that kept the day exciting. The combination of a great location, excellent facilities, and Megan’s outstanding hosting made this an experience we will remember for a long time.
