This is a lovely place for all the family. Dog walkers, families with small kids, walkers alike. The country park is 52 acres and is located right at the end of West Malling high street, the entrance to the car park being opposite the St Leonard Tower. A fair sized car park with pay and display (or use of the Ringo parking app). Charges £2 a day Mon to Friday, £3 weekends and bank holidays. Up from the car park is the cafe which serves food and hot drinks at reasonable prices. Seating provided under cover and in the open - additional umbrellas too. The site map board is right by the cafe and the cafe also has toilets for public use. The park itself has a children’s play area, climbing frames, swings etc, all surrounded by a fence. There is a large grassed field which was cut and well maintained. Plenty of room for playing games with the kids or throwing the ball for the dog. The park asks that dogs are kept under close control - doesn’t say must be on leads - though they prefer leads by the lake where the ducks, coots and swans live. The cafe also sells bird food to feed the ducks with. Plenty of directed walks around the site. One goes alongside the lake and we were able to walk the length and see the ducks and their ducklings as well as the nesting swan in the reeds. A walk around the perimeter of the whole site took about 25 minutes and was about 1.5 km. Easy walking, purpose paths and groomed meadow paths. Really serene and enjoyable walk, not so many people walking around the further meadow paths, more around the play park and lake. Lovely views around the Kent countryside. A country park well worth visiting. Has everything for a family day out, a dog walk or an afternoon country stroll with a coffee and s sake at the end. One of...

Utterly disgusting. Farmed out to sharks who target the disabled. Disabled users beware. You are not entitled to take the opportunity to make the most of a sunny day. You must in future plan ahead any visits to a public park because they have handed their car parking facilities over to the management of scumbag sharks that will fine you £70 to park here.... Disabled parking is no longer free unless of course like no other person is expected to but you are... You must research every park you attend now because you have to actually apply to be given permission to be disabled in parks car park now.... Ridiculous huh? No totally acceptable by these once enjoyed spaces. All disabled people now have to plan their days ahead and apply for the right that has always been to park for free.

Totally disgusting and when we arrived we struggled to even find the space as totally covered in leaves... 'a death trap' as my sister exclaimed... Then she received a fine for the privaledge.

I cannot believe these places have handed our parks over to such immoral organisations. I hope they are getting a huge commission as they undoubtedly must be... Way to go at getting...

This is a really lovely country park. Parking during the week is £1.40 for the day. It's pay by phone app or pay at the machine. Lovely cafe that is open 10am until 3pm ( unless weather is bad and then it might be shorter opening times) the cafe does hot and cold sandwiches, snacks, ice creams, hot and cold drinks ect. So many choices, also sells a few little toy bits like bubble Wands. Plenty of seating areas around the country park, many if which are in the shade, also lots of bins. The new play area is brilliant. Then you have the beautiful walk around the lake to feed the wild birds. There are also walks through fields that cows are in at the moment and a huge playing field. It's a must visit place with kids. The toilets are very very clean ( situated behind the cafe) The paths are suitable for buggys and probably thick wheeled wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The paths are made of little stones so some may have issues but we found it fine with...

Manor Park is a 52 acre park that was once part of the Douce's Manor estate. The lake was created in the 18th Century by widening the Ewell Stream. The stream is fed by naturai springs and rainwater from the Kingshill catchment. The lake looked very beautiful in the sun today. We also enjoyed watching ducks playing in the water. :) Noticed there is a playground for kids not far from car park with picnic tables on the other side of the path. There are two car parks, which are pay and display (£2.20 for 4 hours @ the weekend), reasonable size with disable parking available. Also a cafe with refreshments, snacks and ice-cream near the car parks. Toilets are at the back of the cafe. Place seems to be very popular. It was very busy! We liked our time at the park and will be back there again!
