My kids had a good time but we as the 'grown ups' aren't in a rush to return. They make you watch a safety video beforehand of all the things you're not allowed to do, dangerous manoeuvres, etc, but then that goes ignored. There's groups of grown men in their 20s and 30s showing off backflipping and somersaulting amongst tiny kids of 4 and 5 years old, this is in the inflatable kid part as well. You need to keep an even more vigilant eye on them than usual because safety measures aren't met and if you don't, you're looking at your child being crushed by a man baby acting out a childhood power rangers fantasy while staff just watch and shrug. Prices for drinks are eye-watering, think it was something like £3 for a small coke although that's to be expected for a kids play place, they often do take the pee in that area. On top of that it's gross in there. It's dirty, filthy, rubbish everywhere, barely any seating, every table covered in litter, spilled drinks and crumbs. This isn't even just a pop at the staff for not clearing up (even though they weren't) but guests being disrespectful as well, just dropping their rubbish and leaving it. It's disgusting chaos in there. Not even gonna get started on the toilets! It's okish but there's much nicer places to take your kids, inflatanation and playfactore beat this...

Booked for 4 girls. My daughter’s 11 bday ruined! Not everyone can afford £270 for a birthday party! Paid £80 for entry for 4 children for 2 hours.

Put out a few little snacks & her cake out (as you can see), was going to buy hot food from the counter for myself and the girls. Not now! I won’t be spending a penny at their counter! They kicked off about the snacks. Said can’t have outside food due to allergies… but I can keep the cake on the table no problem (they have no idea, what’s in the cake either!). You should make party packages smaller than 10 children minimum then!! Was a really rude young lad who I tried to explain, I couldn’t book a party and why. I said I’ll put the drinks away but some crisps and sweets, you have to be joking (they don’t even sell sweets, so can’t buy any from here!)

He was like well you still can’t have the food on the table or eat it in here! I’m so angry!! So my daughters friends are getting collected from here and won’t even get a piece of cake because I’m not allowed to cut it in their building!! I am so angry! Would have walked right back out if the girls weren’t so excited! They lost out on at least £35 in food and hot drink orders from me too! Won’t...

No party feel, no proper host or any care to making it a special occasion. Will not be back and I don't think any of the other parents would either.

Communication before the party was great but on the day the experience I had personally was awful. The party members were at the table and had to all go back down to get wristbands/wavers. Once all done we were told we were at the wrong table so had to pack everything up and move. The host didn't really ensure that everyone understood what was going on so half the kids were in different places at different time. Once it was time for the kids to eat the food was served before the kids had even finished playing so when their session ended the food was freezing but the pizza came out on a hot metal tray that I burnt my hand on, luckily it wasn't one of the kids that touched it! After their food the "host" came out with a cardboard box with some jelly sachets in... there was no special feeling in the slightest. We asked if there was a knife or lighter to use for the cake but nothing was available. All in all a terrible experience and all the other kids parents said so. Very misleading on the website for...

For the love of god, please sign post the place 100 metres before the turning, I nearly give everyone whiplash seeing the turning last minute!!! On a serious note signage is 100% needed, as the car in front of me, did the same and slammed on their breaks and I nearly went up there back end, as they didn't see it until last min either (could cause a serious incident on a busy dual carriage way) The kids had a great time, the additional extras cost me a pretty penny but can't say no to kids can you.... I thought the place would be bigger from pics online. However the kids had a great time and loved it. The toilets were clean and well maintained, staff were nice and friendly. The upstairs seating was okay, but the que for drinks was extremely long, maybe extra staff? And not a card or cash only till is needed? We had a good time and will be back

Took the kids here during the summer holidays, was expecting it to be much busier than it was but it wasn't too crowded. My brother had bought the tickets online which came to £7 per child which was decent, I wouldn't pay the full £12.50 on the door price for Total Ninja. The place was quite hot, which was expected with all the kids running and jumping around but I thought the air-conditioning needed to ramped up a bit. There are 2 areas at this place, 1 for the kids and people not so skilled at doing the obstacles and another for the more advanced Ninja wannabe. There is also a seating area to get some hot and cold food with good views of both of obstacle courses. Overall it's an ok place but like I said earlier I wouldn't pay much more than the £7 we paid online.
