Very helpful and respectful staff ...the entrance is round the back ...the arrows point towards the main entrance and you can drive round to the Shutter door and ring the bell( clearly marked) . It is a treasure trove of preloved( and some new items) . I understand that you need to book online and cannot browse . I would suggest having a day or 2 a week, similar to an open day , where people could browse and book/take items as such places are usually impulse buys for a lot of people . It would lead to more recycling and upcycling. A QR code could be set up for payments as I understand that the staff would not want to handle cash. I have been going to Altrincham tip shop as I call it for about 2 years. I love going there the staff are fantastic even the guys outside. Sharon goes out of her way to help people out wether it's carrying things to your car or helping you look for something you want. She is a very pleasant young lady always polite and kind and makes my friend and I laugh a lot. Keep it up Sharon we all love you.
