I visited 26.10.24, there was plenty of places to park and lots of people to help with parking directing you where to go. There was characters roaming before you even entered, initially scary but again very helpful with directions on where to go. After scanning to go in , the toilets are there for you to use before you enter. Toilets are clean (not Portaloo’s I was expecting) and plenty of hand sanitizer spotted around before entering. I managed to skip the Que with my sister to join another party given there was only two of us. All characters interacted with guest before and after entering and initially set the best atmosphere for what was to come. By far the best scare ground/ scare fest. None the characters physically touched you which was good however made you jump 👍 I also noticed one the characters communicating through sign language to a death gental man in the group behind me which I found impressive. A great experience from start to finish… also I was able to enjoy a toxic cocktail at the end to calm...

My wife and I visited on 2nd Nov. I didn't know what to really expect and I certainly wasn't expecting it to be scary, but how wrong I was!

The queue was fairly long but there were actors in brilliant costumes entertaining you throughout, so you never felt bored.

The actual attraction itself was simply brilliant. So well thought out, you felt totally on edge the whole time and you genuinely had times where you nearly jumped out of your skin.

All the actors involved played their parts so well. They were an integral part of the atmosphere of fear, but never losing the sense of fun.

When you got out, there was food stalls and a bar, all near an entertainment stage where more actors were doing a great job of adding to the fun of the night.

The food and drink on offer was a little pricey, but no more than you expect from such events, and it was all very good.

We can't wait to go back next year when we intend to make even more of a night of it....

2nd time we have been last year went on halloween 🎃 was brill and really fun only very busy so often caught up with others but the actors made up for this. This year we went on opening night and the whole family loved it. There was more actors and they made sure that groups remained separate and that meant the scares came quick amd fast. The mazes where massively improved from last year. The actors were aging and very engaging and had a good laugh with us all. The only thing was the long wait in but to be fair it definitely made sure your group had time to go undisturbed and really you wait longer at alton towers for 5 min ride this took us a good hour if not more to walk around. Food I think was about fair price and smelt amazing and the new improved bar area was undercover bonus was car didn't get stuck this year so didn't have to ask clowns to push me out 🤣 defo worth going just avoid halloween night as it was so busy. Well done to all...

Brilliant scare maze! I loved that it was set in the woods so felt truly immersed and any time you had to wait, which wasn’t long, you were entertained by scary actors around you. The sets were fantastic, great attention to detail and felt we really got our moneys worth. Was about 1.5hrs going through it all and well spaced out (I worried it’d all be over so fast but was nicely timed). After the maze, there was a good sheltered area to sit down and grab a drink or sweet/savoury food with actors walking around. My only improvement recommendations would be: please provide veggie/vegan savoury food at the end (the hot dogs and burgers were only meat and I fancied more than a brownie or doughnut). Also, the stage show in the end area was very random and chaotic, which quite let down the fab scare maze. A magician/dancer/singer would be a great addition instead!

Highly recommend this place if you like a scare experience. The mazes were really well themed, with lots of props, really good audio and effective lighting. All of them had lots of actors and loads of jump scares. The interaction in the queue was good too and the enormous Jeepers Creepers-looking guy was very memorable. We queued up for 30 minutes at the start and you then do each maze in turn, rather than going into them one at a time when you feel like it. We might have liked to have the choice of stopping for a drink halfway through but actually it meant we only had to queue once so... Thanks also for allowing us to swap our booking day - really good customer service. We've done Hallowscream York and Doncaster Fear Factory in the past couple of years and I'd say this was easily on a par with both.
