On our last day in Llanwrtyd we visited the lovely Christmas event held. Free sherry, tea and a wonderful selection of Christmas goodies. An utterly delightful place, with staff that are welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The local history boards are fascinating to read of what went on in Britain’s smallest town. Definitely worth a visit.

A really interesting visit. Well laid out, helpful staff and great historical events covered. From the railways bringing people for the therapeutic waters in Victorian times to the clearing of the local hills at the start of ww2. Listen to the stories of the local people on the CDs. - and it is all free...

Highly recommended to visit. A lovely building with a fascinating exhibition showing the story of Llanwrtyd Wells. Also has a great art gallery displaying work from local artists and potters. Local honey and gifts are available...
