We had a povely experience of Wickham Water Meadows. I visited on a day that was hot so it was no surprisingly it was busy but we still maintained social distancing. Some people seemed to have disregard to rules and one massive family/friends unpolitely moved my pram out of the way whilst I was walking around following my small ones (I have 4 children), as they clearly thought my shaded spot I had chosen hours before was for the taking. They wanted the space and so they took it when my back was turned meaning I didnβt stay too long after that but it certainly doesn't detract from how much fun my 2,3,6 & 9 year old had. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They god quite muddy! Washing themselves off afer in the water was a must! There was an area in the water that was full of clay so they happily built sculptures out of that for a long time. There are inconsiderate people no matter where you visit so I wouldnβt let it deter you. A good family day out for...
