Wynyard Golf Club — Attraction in Wynyard

We had our wedding on the 14th March 2025 at the golf club and the whole day was amazing. We had the forever yours package which was excellent, the welcome drinks, canapés, wedding breakfast and evening meal were all fabulous, I had so many compliments from guests on the quality of the food. Jade was our wedding coordinator and she was fabulous from day 1, listened to everything we wanted on how the rooms were to be set up and she actually exceeded in making everything just perfect. We honestly can't thank you enough, the day went smooth and we are so greatful for all you did. I highly recommend for all who want something really good quality, a beautiful venue, excellent service and reasonably priced packages that don't blow the budget. Thanks again, Mr & Mrs...

Played the course today and very disappointed at the state of the greens. I normally play this course at least once a year but over the last 2 years these greens are in a horrible state, for being a premium course a lot of work needs doing to improve the greens. As for the course it's a great layout and a good challenge of golf even for a low single figure handicapper like myself. Something in my eyes needs to be done to get this course back up to the standard that it should be again. Think it'll be a good few years now...

Would have given five stars but just a few points to make. Attended a wedding here recently which was a lovely day. Food was great but glasses on the table where not collected and during the interval to change the room over for the evening reception guest went into the bar area. People were refused service at the bar because they weren't members so had to go into the other room to get a drink, only one member of staff behind the bar serving whilst in the bar area...
