I love drive in theatres and wish more places would keep with the tradition as well as Texas seams to. When I was a kid they tore down the drive in in my home town of Lebanon Oregon to make way for a new super Walmart. For that reason and others I have been successfully boycotting Walmart since 2005. It was a very special day at the drive in yesterday because my children were able to experience it for the first time. Thank you all for that!

Had a great time. Admissions were $8 per adult $4 for child. Able to bring your own food (it seems they've closed the diner inside due to covid) snacks were basic candy and popcorn. Can and bottle soda. Truthfully you're better off bringing your own snacks, but I love drive in theaters so def 5 stars. Also bathrooms looks like something out of the bates motel, so bring wipes and prepare to hover ladies.

This place does not open at 7pm as indicated on the website, it opens at 7:30pm. It’s got that old time charm to it and nothing is too terrible fancy. Just the necessary things you need: a big screen and a diner that has checkered flooring. The diner is reasonable priced, you can get a burger for $4 and a large drink for $3.

WHY HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER IF NO ONE ANSWERS IT!!! TRIED CALLING AT THREE DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY!! DROVE ALL THE WAY ACROSS TOWN AND MISSED EVERYTHING THINKING THE MOVIES RAN IN SEQUENCE RATHER THAN STARTING AT THE SAME TIME. WE HAD NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE/SEEN THE PLACE. WE DIDNT KNOW HOW THEY DID THINGS. THATS WHY WE TRIED TO CALL!!!!!! MULTIPLE TIMES!! CONCESSIONS CLOSED TOO!! ARE WE RUNNING A MOVIE THEATER OR NOT?! YOU CAN'T STAY OPEN FOR FOUR WHOLE HOURS? WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE?

IF YOU FIND YOURSELF NEEDING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE, YOUR CALL WILL BE MET WITH A RECORDING AND NOTHING ELSE. NO INFO OTHER THAN GATE OPENING TIME AND PROGRAMS ON IT. LATER DISCOVERED IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR WEBPAGE, ARBITRARILY PLACED BETWEEN MOVIE ADVERTISEMENTS, WAS A "TEXT US" NOTE. TEXT US? REALLY? IS THE PLACE RUN BY 17 YEAR OLDS?? TURNS OUT, THEY DONT ANSWER VIA TEXT EITHER. SURPRISE SURPRISE.

NOTICED SMOKERS PARKED RIGHT NEXT TO NON... I UNDERSTAND THE OWNERS MAY ALLOW THIS? WHY?? IM SURE THE NEIGHBORING MOVIE GO-ER DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT. WHAT IF THEY HAVE CHILDREN? IK THIS IS OUTDOORS, BUT IT IS ALSO CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE NEXT GUEST!!! AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO PUT MORE THAN 3 FT BETWEEN YOU AND OTHERS IF YOU CANT MAKE IT 2 HOURS WITHOUT...

This is a great drive-in. You would expect, now-a-days, to go to a drive-in theater and hear nothing but loud music, screaming teenagers, etc. I have never had this experience at this drive in.

The parking lot is huge (unpaved; park in the grass), people seem to always line up in drivable rows, everyone has always been polite and turned lights off. It is just a nice place.

As far as technicality: The audio comes through your radio; stereo sound, so it is nice to listen to. The screen is enormous, and ran off of a good old-fashioned 35mm projector. The projectionist obviously has some attention to detail, as I have never seen a ridiculously beat-up print run on the screen.

The prices are very good, the service is nice.

They could update their bathrooms a little bit, but you can't win them all, can you?

Go here for...

When we moved here 12 years ago this place was awesome. What a deal you got with contests to win free tickets and two movies for only $5. and very good affordable food. NOT ANYMORE...they are ridiculously priced and not family friendly. Instead of adding crappy smaller screens...they should maintain their old ones. Unless you like watching a screen with thousands of vertical lines and dust all over!! A nice paint job would do wonders. We watched a double feature for my kids on the ridiculously small and stupidly placed extra screen...meanwhile the kids could see around the screen...50 shades of Gray...and some other adult type movie if they looked behind us. Why can't anything...
